Bal Harbour
Water Main Replacement

The Bal Harbour Village Water Main Replacement Project consisted of the installation of a 12-inch water main, along the east side of Collins Avenue, intended to augment the existing water main system to boost existing pressures and flows to the Village’s high rise district.

Water Main Replacement

Work included the installation of approximately 1,215 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 13,850 linear feet of 8-inch water main and 1,050 linear feet of 6-inch water main, 37 fire hydrant assemblies, and the transfer of 370 new water meters for a complete retrofit of the Town’s water main infrastructure.

Stormwater Master Plan

The updated master plan incorporated existing stormwater facilities with a conceptual design in order to achieve a comprehensive system that would improve the Town’s flood protection.

Wastewater Pump Station #1

Work included the conversion of the existing wet well/dry well sanitary sewer pumping station to a duplex submersible pump station including piping modifications, new submersible pumps, control panel and electrical upgrades.

Town of Pembroke Park
sw 52nd Ave Roadway & drainage

The project consisted of approximately 2,400 linear feet of new roadway (south of Hallandale Beach Boulevard), 2,200 linear feet of 36” HDPE pipe and exfiltration trench and 14 inlets. The project was funded through a CDBG grant for $844,200.

McNab Road Improvements

The one-mile stretch of roadway, from University Drive to Pine Island Road, not only included the reconfiguration of the existing roadway but also consisted of approximately 4,700 LF of pipe culverts, approximately 5,600 LF of exfiltration trench with manholes and inlets, sidewalks, traffic signalization, striping and signage, landscaping, irrigation and street lighting.
